HOW IT STARTED
Founded in 2024 by Mithilesh, my studio was established with the goal of introducing diverse methods and techniques through studio-based, short-term intensive courses. This initiative arose from the lack of atelier-based training and life drawing sessions I personally found missing in education.
Purpose: To bring a rigorous, atelier-based methodology, alongside other traditional and modern techniques, to Bengaluru, offering students access to world-class art education.
Vision: To cultivate a vibrant art community focused on mastering the fundamentals, empowering students to apply their knowledge to both application-based and traditional arts.
Core Values:
-
Student Progress: We prioritize individual growth, fostering an environment where personal development is key.
-
Strong Foundations: While we don’t promote a specific art style, we emphasize a solid foundation in technique, art history, anatomy, and composition.
-
Creative Space: Our goal is to create an open studio where artists can thrive, supported by a collaborative and innovative community.
MISSION
We strive to provide accessible, affordable, high-quality skill based fine art education while upholding exceptional standards using traditional atelier techniques, we offer resources and accessible instruction in an inclusive environment, fostering a vibrant art community and foundational skill needed to thrive in diverse creative fields.

Why draw from life?
-
Sharpens Observation: Life drawing enhances the ability to capture proportions, anatomy, and fine details from real-world forms.
-
Master Anatomy: Studying various poses deepens understanding of human anatomy and movement, essential for dynamic artwork.
-
Light and Shadow: Drawing live models improves the grasp of how light creates depth and form.
-
Boosts Confidence: Regular practice helps artists quickly and accurately render complex poses, building confidence.
-
Gesture and Composition: Live models enhance the sense of gesture, movement, and composition.
-
Develops Style: Observing and interpreting life helps artists evolve their unique, expressive style.
